本空间提供场地出租，承租者如需布置会场，可提前与场地负责人联系；
请自觉爱护室内各种公共设备设施，不得有在桌面乱写乱画等不文明行为；
请勿超时使用活动场地，预定时间结束请自觉离开，并把场地还原至初始状态；
场地活动结束后，由租用人员随手带走垃圾，将移动桌椅放回原位，以便其它租用人员使用；
严禁吸烟、吃零食，不得随地吐痰，乱扔纸屑、瓜皮等杂物；
未经允许，租用人不得擅自带走场地任何设备设施；
请各位在离开场地时带走自己的随身物品，若因遗落丢失或被清理，本空间将不承担任何赔偿；

1. Before the reservation takes effect: > 24 hours, 100% refund and 1% handling fee will be deducted
2. Before the reservation takes effect: 12-24 hours, 50% refund and 1% handling fee will be deducted
3. Before the reservation takes effect: less than 12 hours, 0% refund.
