Schedule your next meeting in our beautifully furnished glass front board room. It is located off of our well-appointed reception area, has plenty of natural light and comfortably accommodates twelve.
Equipped with a 55” LCD flat screen and connections for your laptop, the Board Room is great for presentations. Audio conferencing with unlimited local and domestic long distance dialing are included. Internet connectivity features wired 100MB fiber connection as well as convenient Wi-Fi connectivity. A glass whiteboard with assorted markers is also available for your use.

You and your guests will be greeted by our professional team and can help yourself to fresh brewed coffee just outside the board room, and tea and water in the break room. If you prefer, a coffee & water setup can be arranged, as well as the catering of your choice. Just talk to one of our friendly staff members who can provide a quote to assist with your needs.

请自觉爱护室内各种公共设备设施，不得有在桌面乱写乱画等不文明行为；
请勿超时使用活动场地，预定时间结束请自觉离开，并把场地还原至初始状态；
场地活动结束后，由租用人员随手带走垃圾，将移动桌椅放回原位，以便其它租用人员使用；
严禁吸烟、吃零食，不得随地吐痰，乱扔纸屑、瓜皮等杂物；
未经允许，租用人不得擅自带走场地任何设备设施；
请各位在离开场地时带走自己的随身物品，若因遗落丢失或被清理，本空间将不承担任何赔偿；

2. Before the reservation takes effect: 12-24 hours, 50% refund and 1% handling fee will be deducted
